This is on a 6600K/1070 so a high end setup but not too outrageous. Does anyone still have Witcher 2 installed? Any other good examples? UI scaling is an issue on some of these older games too. I'm sure a 970 could run some of these at 4K/60fps as well, especially with a few settings turned down.

Other nice looking games I've tried that run similarly:Īlien Isolation (jaggies are still pretty bad at 4K, even down sampled to 1080p)Įnslaved (textures look terrible but art is good) I'm on a 1070 but even something like a 970 could probably pull it off without much trouble. It still looks brilliant due to the art style and runs maxed out at 4K/60fps without breaking a sweat. While waiting for Dishonoured 2 to get downsampling on PS4 Pro I started playing the first game on PC. Something super well optimised like Mad Max only runs at 45fps or so at 4K on my 1070. Most new games are practically impossible to run at 4K/60fps even with settings turned down.
